The present Anupama 21st November 2023 episode begins with Anuj going into the house and Anupama embracing him firmly which leaves him astonished.
Anuj asks Anupama what the matter is nevertheless Anupama doesn’t offer an immediate response and keeps on letting herself know that nothing terrible will happen to them.
The following day, Titu comes to meet the Shahs and welcomes Hasmukh as he sits outside with his leg on the table because of agony from the muscle pull.
Hasmukh attempts to overlook the subject about his leg yet Titu gets some information about it as he has worked a considerable amount with senior residents.
Titu investigates Hasmukh’s leg and back rubs it at points which causes Hasmukh to feel improved after which he says thanks to Titu for his assistance.

In the mean time, Anuj welcomes Anupama in the kitchen and chooses to visit Hasmukh and Leela once before he goes to the workplace.
Anupama gives him some food things to give the Shahs alongside his lunch after which they discuss how Leela and Hasmukh probably felt by encountering something like this.
After Anuj leaves, Barkha incites Malti Devi by telling her that Anupama sends such countless things to the Shah family and treats Anuj as some house help.
Afterward, Anupama sits with Ankush to discuss business matters while Barkha and Malti Devi gaze at them with lances in their eyes.
Anuj goes into the house and lets Anupama know that he has gone with a major choice to stop Anupama’s nonstop running between the Kapadia manor and the Shah house.
Anupama is left grinning with delight as she spots Hasmukh and Leela remaining at the entryway while Barkha and Malti Devi stand stunned.
Anuj says that Leela and Hasmukh will remain with them for certain days after which Malti Devi requests that Anupama take them to the visitor room and she will send soup.
After they come to the room, Anuj shows Leela and Hasmukh an extraordinary caution that will alarm everybody at whatever point they need any assistance from the relatives.
Leela says that Anuj is excessively kind toward them who have done numerous awful things which makes Anuj grin and he says that family is intended to remain together.
Further, Leela informs Hasmukh concerning Malti disliking them remaining there while Kavya leaves Dimpy shocked by inquiring as to whether she loves Titu.
After Kavya comes inside, Dimpy catchs two men outside the door and runs inside in dread as they start eve-prodding her.
